Every spiritual path requires a practice; otherwise, our understanding remains superficial. It is only through engaging with the forms of practice that we commit to, that challenge us, and in which our spiritual development can unfold, that spiritual insights deepen and become internalized. This book addresses three fundamental forms of spiritual practice, all rooted in the foundational attitude of listening, a deeper form of hearing.
