This commentary not only presents the ArbGG systematically and comprehensively but also covers all relevant regulations in the entire labor procedural law through a practical preparation. In addition to the implied commentary on the ZPO, pertinent regulations from the GKG, GVG, and RVG, as well as the provisions of the Ecclesiastical Labor Court Order (KAGO) and the Mediation Act (MediationsG), are explained in detail. This commentary is complemented by a dispute value lexicon (separately for judgment and decision procedures).

New in the 6th edition: The new edition takes into account not only the latest case law but also all current amendments to the Labor Court Act, such as the expansion of electronic communication with the courts. This aims to better utilize the potential that digitization offers for the judiciary than before. This requires seamless and comprehensive electronic communication between the legal profession and the labor courts. This type of communication is also intended to be offered to all other parties involved in the proceedings. Another innovation concerns the so-called Omnibus Act, which introduces a procedure in which multiple cases are consolidated into one.
