A workbook in easy to understand German

for practical lessons in food preparation
for learners with little knowledge of German

This workbook enables learners to do practical work in the school kitchen and consolidates their knowledge of the German language. Baking and cooking are practiced in class, thus preparing for a profession in this field.
This workbook can be used in parallel with a picture dictionary and also as a support in DaZ lessons, but can also be used by teachers without DaZ training.
The workbook is divided into four chapters:
1. we work in the kitchen (hygiene, washing dishes, utensils, etc.)
2. we bake (simple and medium recipes, sweet and salty)
3. we prepare food (simple dishes, all recipes without pork)
4. we invite guests (setting and decorating the table, service)
Picture-based work instructions make it easier to work on the tasks. Varied methods provide for variety.
