The contributions of the present volume deal with basic principles and systematizations, transition management, work integration and temporary employment in the context of migration. In particular, the significance of social work in the context of work and migration is examined. Migrants often find themselves in precarious, marginalised situations. This is particularly true in the area of work and migration, among other things because their qualifications are not sufficiently recognised, their career advancement is made more difficult or they are subject to racist forms of discrimination, for example in the search for a training place or job. At the same time, however, there is growing pressure in Western working societies to integrate migrants into the labour market better than before. Especially against the background of Fa.
