The book "Learning of Digital Natives and Immigrants in a Virtual Environment" offers a comprehensive analysis of the learning strategies employed by students to develop skills in using internet and email tools in a virtual course of the National Learning Service (SENA). It highlights the concepts of digital natives and immigrants, based on Mark Prensky's work, and examines how different generations interact with digital technologies. The results reveal significant differences in the learning strategies of the two groups, particularly in the areas of information retrieval, progress monitoring, as well as planning and self-regulation.
