Steigerung der Robustheit von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen mittels des System-Dynamics-Ansatzes

Companies, especially SMEs, face the challenges of a highly volatile environment, which they can only address through robust quality management systems that ensure consistent quality capability. This work derives a simulation model and a diagnostic tool based on system dynamics logic to enable experiments regarding structural and parameter variations of quality management systems that would be inconceivable in a real-world context.
