This information aids in the accurate assessment of resource allocation. This overview paper examines various existing methods, communication technologies, and protocols related to sensor-based data collection, monitoring, and control systems. It also provides an overview of the application of WSN in precision agriculture and successfully highlights the future scope of work in this field.
