The book addresses the legal relationships between lawyers and their clients, as well as their relationship with the state and authorities. It creates a dogmatic and systematic unity of the areas of law that have a direct connection to legal practice. Not only are the provisions of contract law discussed, but also the regulations of the BGFA and the criminal protection of professional secrecy, as well as cantonal professional law. There are also discussions on procedural law, particularly regarding the lawyer's monopoly, legal aid, and financial intermediation, as well as on association law, especially concerning the professional rules of lawyer associations and the conditions for obtaining the title "Specialist Lawyer SAV/Specialist Lawyer SAV." The book further covers lawyer liability, professional liability insurance, and legal protection insurance. Finally, the author presents the possible legal forms for collaboration among lawyers. The book concludes with reflections on the new framework conditions in the legal market and their implications for the legal profession.
