Antisemitismus

From the middle of the 19th century onwards, the sinister combination of anti-Semitism, Social Darwinism and modern racial doctrines set in. The Berlin sociologist Achim Bühl reappraises the structures of anti-Semitism and its disastrous interconnections up to the present day. He views anti-Semitism as a multifaceted, international phenomenon whose roots reach far into the past. Bühl examines the history of modern anti-Semitism, including its terrible effects, systematically and in detail, and is thus able to sharpen the eye for today's phrases and myths with which anti-Semitism is once again gaining adherents.
