Whether you want to clarify the four levels of anxiety for your patients with a card, send them instructions for a therapeutic task, or remind them about relapse prevention – the digital version of the 75 therapy cards offers many application possibilities. Visual prompts for reflection, word clouds, and graphics can be used psychoeducationally or as stimuli between therapy sessions. The cards pertain to anxiety disorders in their various facets but can also be helpful for fears related to other disorders. The suggested interventions are drawn from various therapeutic approaches and are divided into seven modules – they can be combined but do not have to be. The set consists of: (a) exercise cards and information cards that are sent to the patient and can then be discussed, as well as (b) activity/homework cards that are sent to the patient and can be completed independently.
