blurb
Our society is not only changing, the whole of humanity is facing a tremendous upheaval. Ecological, economic and social systems are out of balance. This book shows ways to understand and deal with all these changes. It helps to create the transition from a purely materialistic thinking to a consciousness in which mind and matter intertwine again. For only then do we perceive the world as a living organism in which we all participate and for which we are all responsible. Quantum physics has long since completed this transition, it has provided us with the physical foundations for a more lively world view. The author illustrates how the findings of quantum physics can help us to perceive and shape our everyday lives differently. Learning to think differently sharpens our focus and makes us aware of what we have forgotten in the age of materialism. "Finally someone is about to draw conclusions for our thinking and acting from the revolutionary findings of quantum theory. High time, because for too long there has been a huge gap between our knowledge and our consciousness. Natalie Knapp has written an interesting and important book. Learning to think differently has the potential to change our thinking. "Ingolf Baur, physicist and science journalist (3sat/SWR/Deutsche Welle)
