Analysis of Musculoskeletal Disorders among Nurses

The book "Analysis of Musculoskeletal Disorders among Nurses" offers a comprehensive examination of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) among healthcare workers. It highlights the physically demanding nature of the nursing profession, which often leads to injuries and discomfort. Through a descriptive cross-sectional study involving 314 randomly selected nurses, key risk factors contributing to MSDs were identified. The results reveal a high prevalence of 74.2% among reported cases of MSDs. The study analyzes the most common injuries and the associated ergonomic challenges that nurses face in their daily work. The findings are significant not only for improving working conditions but also for developing preventive measures to reduce MSDs in nursing.
