Analyse der Planungsmethoden in ERP-Systeme versus APS-Systeme

The main focus of the book is the comparison of previous ERP (PPS SAP) systems with the innovative APS (APO) module. The aim is to illustrate the methodological deficits of the ERP generation. As a practical example, the planning methods of the company "Mustermann GmbH", which are generated and executed in the SAP system, are compared with the new methods contained in SAP APO. Furthermore, with the help of this comparison, an attempt is made to show any potential for optimization and the effects of this on the supply chain.
