Product details

The main business processes of an Austrian automotive supplier are analyzed (current processes) and their transformation into target (optimal) processes is demonstrated. Since this examination is conducted by a newcomer in the industry, an unbiased perspective on these processes (no operational blindness) can be achieved. An important concern of this book is the practical feasibility of the results, especially by involving and considering the employees of the company who are affected by these process changes. It is shown that through the right information policy and the expression of opinions by these employees, fears are alleviated while simultaneously promoting the active and constructive design of the new processes. The aim is to outline ways that enable a rapid, efficient, and universally supported optimization of the main business processes.
