Product details

Free work material for pupils at primary schools, subject: mathematics, classes 1-2. Math can be really exciting with the right tasks and varied methods. Using imaginative and realistic puzzles, the children "translate" challenging situations into the language of mathematics, making math a challenge. In the process, the children acquire important skills: combining things meaningfully, processing information systematically, discovering regularities, arguing, giving reasons, and drawing logical conclusions. The puzzles come from all areas of the curriculum: arithmetic, calculus, geometry, stochastics, and combinatorics. The stable index cards are sorted into three difficulty levels and are color-coded. For all tasks, the following applies: first thinking, then calculating. The children first develop suitable solutions and exchange ideas with each other.
