1949, a medical station in the heart of the Amazon rainforest. One day, a severely injured photographer washes up there, managing to report on a disturbing encounter just before he dies. The head of the station is left with only an undeveloped film to unravel this mystery. However, as soon as he has prints made in the city, the British Secret Service arrives in Manaus, and a group of German immigrants also shows great interest in the mysterious image.
