When Jamie and Kirsty move into their first apartment together, they are full of optimism. The future looks bright and promising ahead of them. They want to get married and start a family. The other residents of the building seem friendly, including the Newtons, a couple who welcomes them with open arms. But then strange things begin to happen: dead rats are found on the doorstep. Jamie and Kirsty hear disturbing noises at night. After Jamie's best friend is seriously injured in a horrific accident, the couple finds themselves subjected to a campaign of terror that drives them to the brink of despair. Jamie vows to fight back - but has no idea who he is truly up against.
