Product details
The Directive 2013/11/EU on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes (Consumer ADR) aims to provide a means of out-of-court dispute resolution for every consumer-related dispute in Europe, both at the sectoral and geographical levels. This book offers a comprehensive introduction to the existing practice of alternative dispute resolution at both the national and European levels. Additionally, it provides a recommendation for the interest-based implementation of the directive in German institutions. For this purpose, the quality criteria set by the EU have been evaluated and compared with existing criteria.
