Product details

The "Ski Touring Guide Tyrol" describes beautiful pleasure tours as well as almost unknown tour destinations, impressive freeride descents, steep couloirs, and traverses. The second edition includes many additional tours, new variants, and numerous new route images. The tour region extends from the Kitzbühel, Zillertal, Tux, Stubai, and Chiemgau Alps through the Kaiser Mountains and the Karwendel to the Rofan Mountains - approximately 450 tours, including descents and variants, are presented. The guide offers detailed tour descriptions with accurate federal maps, as well as many overview images where the ascent is clearly marked, making it easier to get a good idea of the chosen tour. The corresponding GPS tracks are available for download on the internet. The core focus of the layout is - as in other Alpine Publishing guides - an easily understandable design.
