This title includes all topics and performance objectives for general education in the first year of training for the Federal Certificate of Competence in Retail (EFZ) for both female and male retail specialists. Through practical scenarios and assignments, learners are guided through the challenges of their new daily routine and actively engage with the requirements that are often presented to them for the first time. The numerous explanatory videos and links to the tasks support learners in mastering the material and also serve as a foundation for future everyday questions that may arise.
