The information volume includes all the content specified by the curriculum for warehouse logistics specialists in their third year of training. State-specific curriculum supplements have been taken into account. Students receive up-to-date knowledge that enables them to successfully enter the workforce. Learning Field 10, Chapter 10, deals with Industry 4.0 and Logistics 4.0. This chapter demonstrates the applications of digitalization and automation in various areas of warehousing. Changes to the Incoterms have been incorporated into Learning Field 11. In Learning Field 11, the chapter on payment transactions now includes the latest changes in card payments (new TAN procedure, two-factor authentication) and innovations in payments for online transactions (e.g., giropay and services like PayPal, Klarna, and AmazonPay). Updates to social security contributions and thresholds are also included.
