The work is dedicated to the topic "Current issues in planning matrimonial property and inheritance law - in particular from the perspective of the notary's office". Questions of matrimonial property and inheritance law planning are of eminent relevance for practicing notaries as well as for all persons involved in the relevant legal transactions. The two contributions by Prof. Dr. Stephan Wolf and Dr. Martin Eggel, attorney-at-law, LL.M., are devoted on the one hand to the conclusions and considerations to be drawn from the recent Federal Supreme Court case law and the pending revision of the law of succession, and on the other hand to the drafting of legal transactions with conditions. Prof. Dr. Simon Laimer deals with the EU property law regulations and their practical relevance for Switzerland. Prof. Dr. Hans Rainer Künzle presents the latest news on the execution of wills and deals in particular with the relation to the notary's office. Prof. Dr. Regina E.
