Classical as well as systemic organizational developers describe changes using the change curve by Kübler-Ross and/or Kotter. They depict changes as inevitable impulses that can be made more digestible through appropriate communication measures. Successful agile transitions alter the values, behaviors, and work environments of those involved. In the sense of Everett Rogers, participants either adopt an innovation or reject it. The author describes in the book "Agile Organizational Development" successful methods and approaches that facilitate the acceptance of the innovation "Agility" at all levels.
