The work contains the Diagnosis-Related Lump Sum Agreement 2023 (FPV 2023) as well as the Diagnosis-Related Lump Sum Catalogue, the Catalogue of Supplementary Remuneration and the Nursing Revenue Catalogue. Since 2020, the nursing staff costs of hospitals have been outsourced from the DRG flat rates per case and financed via a hospital-specific nursing budget. The design of the new financing framework from 2020 represents the most sustainable change in the DRG system since its introduction.
