Product details

Adam Curry (September 3, 1964, in Arlington County, Virginia) is a US-Dutch radio host. In the 1970s, he gained his first experiences in the radio business. In the early 1980s, Curry (then still under the pseudonym John Holden) hosted English-language shows on illegal radio stations in the Amsterdam area, including Radio Picasso and Radio Decibel. He became well-known with the television show Countdown, which he first hosted in 1984 at the age of 19 on Dutch television (on Veronica) and which ultimately aired in 22 countries. In Dutch radio, he introduced the ZMorningZoo concept from his later employer Z100, although not as a morning show, but as a Friday night show that he co-hosted with his friend and colleague Jeroen van Inkel.
