It was already early evening when Valerie finally came across a work with the promising title "A Very Special Year." No author's name. Curiosity piqued, she pulled the book from the shelf and settled into the reading chair with it. On the cover was a ticket for a ship passage, antique and enticing. And as she opened the book, it was as if the text immediately swept her away; she found herself suddenly immersed in a story. When the businesswoman Valerie enters the somewhat outdated bookstore of her mysteriously vanished aunt, she intends to quickly bring order to the chaos and close the shop.
