Play German folk songs on the harmonica - no prior knowledge required! 12 well-known German folk songs have been arranged so that anyone can play the first melodies on the harmonica in a short time.

Tablature: If you can sing the song, you can also play it on the diatonic harmonica - thanks to the simple tablature: Above the lyrics, the numbers of the harmonica channels into which you blow are indicated at the appropriate points in the text. If the number is in parentheses, you draw air through that channel.

Sound: The book provides a website where you can find the corresponding audio recordings in MP3 format for each song. These sounds are also special: In the left stereo channel, you can hear the accompanying guitar and the harmonica, while in the right stereo channel, only the guitar is present. This allows you to switch back and forth between the melody and accompaniment. Additionally, this guitar accompaniment is available as a separate MP3 file.

Video: A great aid for learning and practicing are the videos (also found on the mentioned website): A combination of tablature, sound, and metronome. Corresponding to the audio recording, the note currently being played is highlighted in color in the tablature - a teaching video in karaoke style!
