These 50 short dilemma stories for primary school with an open ending challenge children to engage with ethical decision-making.

There is no clear right or wrong; instead, everything revolves around questions of morality and ethics: How does one behave in the face of a moral dilemma?

Using real-life examples, students practice reading comprehension and subsequently adopt different perspectives and responsible actions. They acquire important action and social skills to navigate everyday dilemmas and improve their language abilities through discussions.

Additionally, children receive writing prompts to, for example, finish the story or write an apology letter – or they can reenact the scene in a role play, thereby learning to adopt various perspectives.
