18/4 - Der Hauptmann und der Mörder

You know when he comes. You know who he kills. But you can't stop him. In the Chinese megacity of Chengdu, a cold-blooded killer is on the loose, who once outsmarted the police 18 years ago. He calls himself Eumenides and kills people whose crimes have gone unpunished by the police. Through death notices, he announces who he will murder, when he will strike, and why the victim must die. In doing so, he mocks the special task force 18/4 assembled to capture him and the brilliant Captain Pei Tao. With each murder, Eumenides is one step ahead of them. Too late, Pei Tao realizes that even his own secrets and misdeeds are not safe from the killer. A deadly game of cat and mouse begins...
