175 Jahre Eisenbahn in der Schweiz

Compared to its neighbors, the railway era in Switzerland began somewhat later. However, the achievements the country made in rail transport starting in 1847 contributed to its reputation around the world. For the 2022 anniversary, Bahn Extra presents the famous routes, pioneering vehicles, and museums of Switzerland. Also included in the issue: a trip to the Ruhr area in 1967, the Baltic Sea resort traffic of the DR, and the border station Ellrich - along with a DVD titled "Freight Trains to the Iron Curtain.".
