Trudi Gerster was an avid reader. From hundreds of fairy tale books, she selected her favorite stories and adapted them to share as a storyteller in dialect with the world. She captivated a diverse audience across generations. Radio, records, and television brought her voice into countless living rooms and children's bedrooms. In 1987, Trudi Gerster founded the Family Fairy Tale Book Factory. Together with her daughter-in-law Verena Jenny and son Andreas Jenny, she published a themed book every few years featuring fairy tales from around the world, stories by Verena Jenny, and original tales. The fairy tale book for Trudi Gerster's 100th birthday includes a selection from the fairy tale books "Ha-atschi" (Fairy Tales from Around the World), "Swiss Fairy Tales," "Dragon Stories," "Magic Witches - Witch Magic," "Christmas Stories," "Rabbit Stories," "Column Stories," and many more. Stories that continue to enchant both young and old today.
