Instructions for use
How to perform Ayurvedic self-massage: Shake the bottle before use and warm the oil in a suitable container. We recommend self-massage 1 to 3 times a week. 1. warm the Ayurvedic oil: it should be warm and comfortable 2. start by applying the oil to the head: gently massage the scalp for a few minutes 3. continue with the face: massage in circular, gentle movements. Remember to include the neck as well. If you only want to massage the face, continue with cleansing using a warm, damp towel and the cleansing milk. Otherwise, continue with the body massage. 4. now apply the oil to the whole body. Massage arms and legs in long, linear movements; joints in circular movements. Massage the abdomen in a clockwise direction. 5. leave the oil on for a few minutes. Remember that Ayurvedic oil should always be removed no later than 1 hour after application: The oil draws toxins to the surface, which then need to be rinsed off. To do this, we recommend applying the shower gel (e.g. "Herbal Soap Jasmine" or "Shower Gel Aloe Vera & Neem, BDIH") to the skin with a little water before showering.
