Jojoba oil is derived from the wax extracted from the seeds of the jojoba plant (Simmondsia chinensis). The oil moisturizes the skin and protects it from UV radiation from the sun (sun protection factor 3-4). Jojoba oil nourishes all skin types with its fatty acids, provitamin A, and vitamin E.
