Stylish strap look! This exclusive black tube mini dress from Noir combines a strapless corset in a power wet look with a delicate airy tulle skirt (firmly attached). Four garter straps cheekily peek out from under the flared transparent skirt. Shaped seams and a waistband perfectly accentuate the curves. The all-around elastic material blend hugs softly and offers maximum comfort.

76% polyester, 24% elastane, polymer coating; tulle 93% polyamide, 7% elastane. Delivery does not include stockings. Noir has a separate size chart.
