The base for this precious Ayurvedic herbal oil is sesame oil, which is first purified with manjistha and turmeric in an initial production step. It is then processed with numerous other herbs according to elaborate Ayurvedic guidelines. The ingredients include warming plants such as long and black pepper, strengthening herbs like ashwagandha and guduchi, calming herbs like licorice and sandalwood, as well as nourishing herbs like shatavari.
