Homedi-Kind Perineal Massage Oil (20ml)

The perineal massage oil strengthens and nourishes the perineum, preparing it for childbirth. Perineal massage is particularly suitable for this purpose. Starting 6-8 weeks before the due date, massage the area between the vagina and anus twice daily with a blend of clary sage, rose, St. John's wort, evening primrose, and wheat germ oil. Warm the oil in your hands beforehand; taking a warm bath or applying a warm compress also helps to soften the tissue and open the pores. This way, the perineum is well prepared for childbirth.

Instructions for use
