Get ready, set, go! Take 30 minutes or more and turn off all distracting devices and interruptions. Pure couple time. Each person receives four rating cards: 1 means fully agree, 4 means not agree at all, and 2 and 3 are everything in between. Each person gets a set of rating cards, and the remaining cards with statements from the areas of sex & body, communication, and shared time are shuffled and placed in a stack in the center. Then a statement is drawn, and the couple first gives their own assessment and then evaluates the other person regarding how much the statement applies to them.
