This new extender is made of 100% soft-touch silicone. Watch your shaft through the translucent silicone. It adds 2 inches (51 mm) in length and ½ inch (13 mm) in girth. The added cock ring keeps the Mansizer in place and provides extra sensation. To use, apply lubricant to the shaft, insert into the Mansizer, stretch the penis ring around the balls, and you're good to go!
