A shiny dress with wow effect!

This short, sleeveless dress from Black Level is made entirely of black, shiny vinyl. It clings to curves and is fitted at the waist. The 2-way zip at the front can be opened from both the cleavage area and the hem. The stand-up collar features press studs at the front and a large, oval cut-out underneath. There is a stunning full-length lacing at the back that can also be adjusted.
