Application: Fill the Bathmate with water, place it over the penis, and secure it by pumping until a vacuum is created. Excess water can be released through the pressure relief valve. The pump needs to be operated about 4-5 times until no more water escapes. Once no further pumping is possible, relax for about 5 minutes. After that, try to pump again every 4-5 minutes until you reach the vacuum that suits you. This is the case when no more water escapes during attempts to pump further. If the pressure feels too strong, it can be reduced using the pressure relief valve. The individual application duration should not exceed 15-20 minutes. Use the pump only once a day and at least 3 times a week for optimal results.
