I bought the cat window couch. Unfortunately, the suction cups do not stick to the window.  I cleaned the windows well with glass cleaner ! What should I do ?

Try wetting the suction cups slightly and then pressing them against the window. They hold very well for us.

Answer

I cleaned the window with disinfectant and also coated the suction cups with it. It was 70% alcohol, and the thing has lasted for several months now.
