Ticks are blood-sucking parasites that can transmit dangerous diseases to humans and animals. The Karlie Tick Removal Tool allows for easy and effective removal of ticks.
Application: Ensure that the tick is clearly visible by parting the hair around it. Place the tool fully over the tick and as close to the skin as possible to avoid leaving the mouthparts behind. Slowly and carefully pull the tick out of the skin. Check to ensure that the tick has been completely removed before disposing of it (for example, by flushing it down the drain). Disinfect the wound thoroughly. Never numb the tick with alcohol, ether, or other substances, as this can cause the tick to vomit and potentially transmit germs in the process.
