The Exo Terra Day & Night LED is ideal for reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates without UVB requirements, such as snakes, nocturnal geckos, frogs, newts, salamanders, spiders, scorpions, insects, etc... . The bright white LEDs provide beautiful daylight. The blue LEDs imitate a moonlight glow that allows you to observe your animals even during the night without disturbing their natural behaviour. The soft light of the blue LEDs allows nocturnal animals to search their territory for insects, mates, etc... In complete darkness, these animals would be completely disoriented. Simply press the button with the day/night logo to switch from bright daylight to a blue night light. The Exo Terra Day & Night LED Light is a practical and energy-efficient way to light your terrarium during the day and at night. Unlike conventional lights, which waste more than 80% of the energy used in the form of heat, the Exo Terra Day & Night LED Light illuminates your terrarium with a minimum of heat and a maximum of light output.
