Product details

The substrate consists of 100 per cent natural pine bark and is available in three different grades. The particularly fine Compo ZOO Terrarium Substrate for small and large animals with a grading of 0-5 mm is ideal for all types of lizards and other smaller, demanding reptile species, amphibians and invertebrates. The Compo ZOO Terrarium Substrate for adult animals with its coarser sieving of 5-10 mm is recommended for medium-sized or adult lizards. The Compo ZOO terrarium substrate for large animals has a coarse sieving of 10-18 mm. The terrarium substrates for small, medium-sized and large animals impress with their pleasant and loose structure, which encourages digging and burrowing behaviour - as well as egg laying.
