The particularly fine COMPO ZOO terrarium substrate, with a grain size of 0-5 mm, is ideal for all types of lizards and other smaller, demanding reptile species, amphibians, and invertebrates. The COMPO ZOO terrarium substrate for adult animals, with a coarser grain size of 5-10 mm, is recommended for medium-sized or adult lizards. The COMPO ZOO terrarium substrate for large animals features a coarse grain size of 10-18 mm. The terrarium substrates for small, medium-sized, and large animals impress with a pleasant and loose structure that promotes digging and burrowing behavior, as well as egg-laying.
