Adaptil Spray is an easy-to-use product for temporary application. Spray 8 to 10 pumps on objects or areas like the car, transport crate, or kennel 15 minutes before the desired effect or before bringing the dog into the corresponding environment. The effect lasts for about 2 to 3 hours, although individual animals may respond differently. Adaptil should be reapplied after 2 to 3 hours or if you notice a decrease in effectiveness. Adaptil Spray should not be sprayed directly on animals or near an animal's face.
