Question about Koenig HeatsBox Go

When I start my HeatsBox, it lights up white as usual. As soon as I start the heating function, the lamp lights up red for about 3 minutes and then switches off again. My food doesn't warm up and I can't restart it. Only when I connect it briefly to the power supply can I restart it, but with the same result. What am I doing wrong or what should I do?

Has there been a solution in the meantime? My daughter has the same problem.
We have a total of 3 boxes (Go) but only have problems with one of them.

Always fully charge the battery first. I also had to experience at first that the food doesn't get warm without a fully charged battery.
Heating from zero to the target temperature requires a full battery in 30-40 minutes.
That's what happened to me once.

My daughter no longer uses it because of the same problem.
I'll have a look at it today and look for some kind of reset function.

Hi Gina, I use the app and the warm-up works. However, I wanted to set it to medium and the app suddenly gave a different target time after a few minutes. You also have to leave your mobile next to the device the whole time. An immature toy.
I took another look at the offline instructions you are using. Everything is vague there too. It says to open the lid from time to time to check the temperature and then close it again so that it heats up again. Yes, what temperature? In your case, I could imagine that the appliance somehow suspects that the lid is open.
I would try this:
- Check the seals in the lid or insert a new one and try again in offline mode. Make sure that it is not filled to the brim
- or then test via the app
- or if nothing works then return it
