What does this Asr message on the display mean? I can't get it to go away and the table can no longer be adjusted. I took out the power cable and put it back in, but nothing has changed on the display. Very annoying.
This morning I was able to lower the table easily and now it's too low! because I can't raise it anymore!!!

Answer

They may have disconnected the power supply while the table was still moving up/down. ASR means it is no longer calibrated. Try the following:
Press the down button until the table is down and then hold the button for a few seconds. 
The ASR message should disappear and you can raise the table again.
