Question about Casaria Desk with adjustable height
Is the centre feint easily noticeable? And does it create problems when fairly heavy objects are placed on the desk, such as a dual screen monitor?

No worries.
There's a metal support all the way round.
No problem if you draw on it, just put a desk pad on!
The table is surprisingly stable for the price and has exceeded my expectations. However, the feint you mentioned is clearly recognisable (it's just two individual wooden panels). However, a double monitor or a large widescreen are no problem. I bought a black desk pad from the Swedish furniture giant for very little money, which "hides" the fissure and makes it a bit more comfortable for me to work (especially with the mouse as I often have it right in front of me between the edge of the table and the keyboard ;-)).
