Question about LCD/Plasma Turntable - 23019
I have a Samsung UE-55HU8550 (55-inch) TV. The dimensions of the base are 68(W) x 29(D). So it would fit on the turntable. Why does the plate only support up to 42-inch TV size?

With today's variety of stands, such a specification is indeed somewhat confusing or no longer quite correct - the manufacturer refers here to an average "stand dimension" for flat screens, assuming a rectangular stand.
If you have measured your stand and it fits, the turntable can be purchased without hesitation.
